• How does delivery work?

  Friday after 3 PM, to the address you enter at checkout (Greater Montreal).

• Packaging?

  Insulated curbside-recyclable trays with ice packs—everything stays fridge-cold for up to 36 hours.

• Do you show macros?

  Yes. Calories, macros, sourcing, and allergens are listed for each meal when you order online.

• Where do you deliver?

  Montreal island, South Shore, North Shore.

• Can I freeze the wraps?

  Yes—up to 6 months. Thaw in the fridge, reheat until steaming hot.

• What is the order cutoff?

  Order before Thursday noon (local time) for delivery the following Friday.
