  Yes. Our poultry and beef suppliers are fully Halal-certified and we prep on dedicated lines to avoid cross-contamination.

• How does delivery work?

  We deliver on Fridays after 3 PM to the address you provide at checkout (Greater Montreal).

• What about packaging?

  Meals ship in insulated, curbside recyclable trays with ice packs that keep food at fridge temperature for 36 hours.

• Do you publish macros?

  Yes. Calories, macros, sourcing notes, and allergen info are printed on each label.

• Where do you deliver?

  We deliver across the island of Montreal, the South Shore, and the North Shore.

• Can I freeze the wraps?

  Yes. Wraps freeze well for up to 6 months. Thaw in the fridge and reheat until steaming hot.

• When is the order deadline?

  Order before Thursday at 6:00 PM (local time) to receive your meals the following Friday.
