These policies apply to all orders placed with Protéine Express, including one-time orders and meal subscriptions.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds after the order cutoff time. Once the cutoff has passed, your order is confirmed for production and delivery, and we cannot cancel it or issue a refund.
The order cutoff is Thursday at noon (local time) before Friday delivery. Orders placed or changed after this deadline are not eligible for a refund.
Service satisfaction
We want you to enjoy your meals. If you are not satisfied with our service or your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
- At our discretion, we may remake your food free of charge.
- We do not offer monetary refunds as an alternative to a free remake.
